Here are five easy morning exercises to help get your day started:

1. Stretching: Start with simple stretches to wake up your muscles. Focus on your arms, legs, and back. A basic forward bend stretch or a gentle neck stretch can help loosen you up.

2. Bodyweight Squats: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and squat down as if sitting in a chair, then return to standing. This helps activate your legs and core.

3. Jumping Jacks: A great full-body exercise to get your heart rate up. Simply jump your legs out while raising your arms overhead, then return to starting position.

4. Lunges: Step forward into a lunge position, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at 90 degrees. Push back to standing and alternate legs. This targets your legs and glutes.

5. Plank: Hold a plank position (like a push-up but with your arms straight) for 15–30 seconds. It’s excellent for your core strength.

These exercises are simple and don’t require much time or equipment, making them great for starting your day!
